JobRad chooses VAM@ARTEMEON software

JobRad, the leading provider in the German bicycle leasing market, has decided to use our VAM@ARTEMEON software for outsourcing risk management and third party provider management.

Our VAM@ARTEMEON software supports the management of outsourcing and other external procurement of IT services with workflows, checklists, controls and reporting functionalities. VAM@ARTEMEON encompasses workflows, functionalities and checklists to digitize outsourcing management in compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g. in accordance with KWG § 25b, MaRisk AT9, EBA/GL/2019/02 and BAIT), including the provision of information for regulatory reporting purposes via the BaFin MVP portal or via IMAS for ECB-regulated institutions.
