BayernLB chooses VAM@ARTEMEON software

BayernLB has decided to digitize outsourcing oversight and third party management (TPRM) based on our VAM@ARTEMEON software.

VAM@ARTEMEON offers workflows, functionalities, checklists and reports - inter alia for regulatory-compliant outsourcing management and ICT third-party risk management (e.g. in accordance with MaRisk AT9, EBA/GL/2019/02, BAIT, DORA). This includes the provision of information for reporting purposes - i.e. reporting via the BaFin MVP portal, IMAS & CASPER formats for ECB-regulated institutions.

VAM@ARTEMEON also contains a comprehensive contract database and contract management function for all types of credit, debit and other contracts.

Our VAM@ARTEMEON software can be easily combined with other modules of the AGP@ARTEMEON Governance, Risk & Compliance Suite such as BCM@ARTEMEON (business continuity management including BIA, RIA, emergency plan and workflows for BCM testing) or ISMS@ARTEMEON (information risk management including protection requirement assessment, gap analysis, IS risk register and IRM functionality).
